In the real estate market, most projects do not fail for lack of good professionals. They fail at the boundaries — at the points where the architect hands over to the engineer, the engineer to the builder, the builder to the broker, and each answers only for their own part. It is in these handovers that schedule, budget and quality are lost. 360 Management exists to eliminate those boundaries.
