I graduated in architecture in 2001 and, shortly afterwards, began working as an entrepreneur in construction — almost 25 years in the field. Over the years, I saw first-hand where real estate projects actually fail: not for lack of good professionals, but at the boundaries between them. Watching those handovers is what led me to take on the full cycle — and, with it, full accountability for the result.
